Openness Tracker Uncooperative
Information was obtained through the Action Plans, Financial Plan and Progress Report received from the responsible agency in response to a request under the RTI Act. However, information in response to the request required significant effort to assess, since the Action Plan and Progress Report did not employ a consistent reporting framework and could not be easily reconciled.
Progress Tracker Lagging
Some activities under the promise have been initiated. However, progress for the first six months falls short of target. Based on the information made available, only 78 Grama Shakthi societies were established as at 30 June 2018. In contrast, the targeted number of Grama Shakti societies for 2018 is 1,000.
